The Coffee Academics @Scotts Square & Raffles City
Happen to visit this coffee chain two times recently. Their coffee is definitely not the cheapest but imo their signature series are pretty interesting!
Okinawa coffee and Java coffee
Closer look at my iced Jawa coffee ($7.50), served in a fancy wine glass. It has this coconut flavor that lightens the coffee flavor. Like having coffee in the summer maybe haha.
Pepper agave coffee (centre, $6.40) which I fell in love with. It's a mix of pepper spice with sweetened coffee. I see this like some fancy coffee snack haha. That's a delicious and crunchy sea salt chocolate cookie on the right that goes well with my coffee.
The Academics Pancake Tower ($21.50). One of their signature at the flagship store. It's not your usual pancake stack. Each layer is really like a slice of cake. The cake is moist, fragrant and buttery. The berry sorbet is like an icy syrup, the cream gives extra sweetness. Pricey but I love this.
Suggest to visit the Scott's square outlet which is more open, bright and has like this very casual brunch spot vibes.
