Central Hong Kong Cafe
I haven't been to HK but gosh i love HK charchanteng food. It's not mind blowing good food but they typically can't go wrong. Happy to find another cafe to get my HK food fix. I actually visited this outlet before and had their signature rickshaw noodles but wasn't a big fan of it. But this time I was just craving for beef noodles and I'm so happy with the choice.

Braised Beef Brisket S$8
Like the spicy and savory broth, tender beef slices and crunchy noodles.

Polo Bun with butter S$4.50
Simple and good. They served it at the same time with the noodles so good thing the ice was there to make sure you still get a butter slab in the buns.

Milk tea S$3.50
Simple and good too. Super milky while still has the strong tea flavor. Don't even need sugar for this. I love HK style milk tea really.

See I cleaned everything.

Everything!
Oh the shop also has this HK charchanteng interior that kind of brings the HK vibes.
