Nam nam is such a lie after you tried this. And honestly, it will change the way you think of Vietnamese food. So gooood.

This mini restaurant tucked at a little corner in Lavender is not easy to find and I guess only a loyal customer like my friend would be traveling back here to get more. Recommended by my Vietnamese friend who claims this to be the original taste of Pho in Hanoi and true enough it taste awesome. Love the fragrant broth and chewy noodles. Owhhh and thumbs up for the youtiao, didn't know youtiao in Vietnam is such a bomb. Crunchy and fluffy and the cool thing is it goes well with the pho soup!

Don't look down on this little yellow dot, not sure what sorcery is this, the egg yolk taste super smooth and fragrant and doesn't have the egg smell from half cooked yolk. I don't have better English to describe this, it's just really good guys, you have to try!
