Brunch @Thyme, Rochester Park

It's been three months since I began work life. Nah, I'm not gonna whine/complain but I sure wanna talk about times where I don't have to. Thanks to this two ladies for saying yes to a rather last minute jio and also coming out from Pulau NTU. Had a great time catching up and thanks for listening to an old aunty's rants haha. Anyways what I really wanna share is the pretty brunch we had. Rochester Park sure is a quiet getaway from the noisy neighbourhood. Had our brunch with lush greens surrounding us at Thyme. I guess we were too early, there was only US haha. 包场like a boss lol. I was having second thoughts on whether the food is good here, but I would say it's not disappointing.

Pepperoni con Rucola Pizza (S$19) with super crunchy yet cheesy crust. I like how it taste very light and savory. Something yummy to share!

Theme's Big Breakfast (S$ 19)

Has pretty much everything and personally think the brioche bread gave a lot of plus points to this usual breakfast dish.

Avocado on Toast (S$ 12)

With feta cheese as well as sides of grilled tomatoes and sautéed mushrooms. There's a bit of chili flakes that makes a very interesting blend of flavors. Sweet, buttery, rich and fragrant. Again the bread is goood.

Birthday girl for the month! She gets a free cake from the restaurant yayyyy.

Next, checked out this pretty Starbucks outlet housed in a colonial double storey building. Apparently it makes a good place to study coz the place was swarmed with students with projects and revision. Unlike usual Starbucks stores, love the windows which allows a lot of natural light into the cafe. This will be my fave Starbucks outlet after the boathouse one haha.
